Image Featured - Cut off image

In my homepage the feature image (cover image) the image cut off also on the responsive adaptive, how can I
change it to the right dimensions?

if you talk about the girl with "Dr. Esteban Ramirez" label, it's slider, not background image. This image is not wide enough (only 1024px width) and that's why is not full width.
