Multiple License Conflicts – All Purchase Codes Show Same Domains & Support Date Conflict

Hello Muffin Group Support,

I am reaching out because I am facing several issues with my BeTheme license activations, and I would appreciate your assistance to reset things cleanly.

🔐 Problem Summary:

I have purchased three separate licenses for BeTheme via ThemeForest. Here are the codes (partially masked):

  • License #1: 0c111167-e710-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
  • License #2: 53cf0546-a894-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
  • License #3: e5c192fa-3403-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

These sites are hosted with three different hosting providers. I’ve checked the purchase codes, and they are all different. The sites were created using WordPress, but there was no duplication or cloning involved.

⚠️ Additional issue:

One of the licenses was working fine last week, but it became deactivated today, and now I am unable to reactivate it. I am also getting the following error message:

"The support period date from the provided license key is older than the one already stored in the database."

This seems to be a conflict with the support period or license data.

🤞 My Concern:

I hope this issue will not cause any problems for the sites that have already been finalized and are live. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on ensuring everything works properly without affecting these 3 sites.

🙏 What I would like your help with:

  • Allow me to properly reassign each license to one domain/site, without having to uninstall the theme, as this would require me to redo the entire setup for the three already live sites.
  • Reset all 3 licenses and their domain associations from your end.
  • Resolve the support period conflict mentioned above.

Comments

  • Hi,

    The message "The support period date from the provided license key is older than the one already stored in the database." refers only to the forum support period. The Betheme license key has no time limit, and you can access updates even when support ends, which refers only to access to the forum.

    License registration and deregistration should be done via Betheme -> Dashboard.

    Can you explain in greater detail what you mean by the license being deactivated? If you see information in the WP dashboard panel that the theme is not registered, try to re-register it.

    SAlut,

    Je suis maintenant dans l’impossibilité de réactiver BeTheme sur le site sur lequel je travaille, alors qu’il fonctionnait encore très bien il y a quelques jours.

    Je souhaiterais pouvoir restaurer l’activation pour le site suivant, avec ce code de licence :

    • Code de licence : e5c192fa-3403-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Pouvez-vous m’aider à :

    1. Dissocier les sites incorrectement liés à cette licence ;
    2. Réactiver le thème sur le bon site ;
    3. Garantir que cela ne posera pas de problème pour les autres sites, chacun ayant sa propre licence.

    Merci beaucoup pour votre aide et votre support.

    Cordialement,

  • Please do not share your license key publicly on the forum, as others can see it. I have removed the screenshot that shows it from your message.

    Also, we provide this forum in English only. Rewrite your question in English, please.

    Anyway, referring to the message from your screenshot, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

  • Hello BeTheme Support,

    I recently installed a fresh WordPress website and activated BeTheme using a purchase code. Everything worked fine for about a week, and I was almost finished building the site.

    However, today I tried to access the backend, and I received a message saying that the theme is already registered on another domain. I checked my purchase code status and saw that three different sites are listed under the same purchase code, even though each site was created with a different license key and is hosted with a different hosting provider.

    Now, I am unable to reactivate BeTheme on the site I’m currently working on, even though it was working properly just a few days ago.

    I would like to restore activation for the following site using this license key:

    • License code: e5c192fa-3403-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Can you please help me:

    1. Unlink the unrelated sites that are incorrectly associated with this license;
    2. Reactivate the theme on the correct website;
    3. Ensure this won’t cause issues for the other sites, each of which uses its own license.

    Thank you very much for your help and support.

    Best regards,

  • Did you check the link I sent in my previous message?

    It is a link to a topic explaining how to use our license manager and how to deregister license from a domain that is no longer in use.

    Best regards
