    Hi,

    1) You can adjust image sizes in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Featured image:

    Remember to regenerate thumbnails after you change sizes there.

    2) It is a Link color. If it is changed as in your screenshot, but this modification is not applied, please attach a link to your website so I can take a closer look at this.
