Plus sign on sub-page template not updating through

Any help changing the color of this plus sign on all off the sub-page templates: http://mds.fuelvmdev.com/index.php/biomed-training/

Hi,

this is background image for subheader and you can control this image under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. Below css is responsible for that image:

    height: 84px;
