Editing name of Related Posts

I cant edit the Name and the button of Related Posts on my blog page.-

from where i can edit Read More button text and Related Post name

How to entirely remove Read More Button from the Post page. because its extra, clicking on image and name also works

Please try the following CSS code:

.single-post .section-related-adjustment .post .desc .button{
 display: none;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
