Options for elements are not present

Hi,

I made a copy of my website to change the webpages from wp bakery to bebuilder.

When I am in BeBuilder editor, I can add elements, but there is no options for the element - for example - i add image, but cannot choose the image, there is just the placeholder.

there is this error in logs:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: {}', referer: https://admiring-sinoussi.95-179-163-57.plesk.page/?visual=iframe

I can give you credential to the site, it is free to test anything there. The site was running on PHP 7.4 due to this problem I tested to change it to 8.2 but the problem is still present.

On the image you can see what is only available in the options for "Image" and all the others elements, all tabs are the same (Style, Advanced...)
