slider revolution bought with the theme: ajax error

We bought already more than 8 Betheme licences and at one of the first installations the slider revolution started to have ajax error. It is appear when we open slider revolution - there is pop-up window appear and when we want to close it and work with banners, the ajax error appears and it doesn't allow to enter the slider revolution plugin.

When we check updates, there is no option at Betheme to update slider revolution as before..

How to fix this issue, please?
