Is there a way to determine which prebuilt sections are being used
When looking at an existing page, is there a way to determine the following
1) If a pre-built section was used?
2) What specific pre-built section was used?

Hi,
No, there is no option to determine which, and if the pre-built section was used after inserting and modifying it.
Anyway, from your screenshot, I can tell that the section you showed is not a pre-built as it contains the element Visual, which none of our pre-built sections use.
