Revolution Slider invisible after update to slider 5.x version and WordPress 4.3

If slider disappeared after update to slider 5.x version + WordPress 4.3 you must do one simple thing. Under "Slider settings" you have "Select a slider type" section and you must click on Slideshow-Auto option. You can see this option on http://pasteboard.co/2PyViTNi.png

Also if you have 1 slide only, you must click on Hero Scene option as well under the same section what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2Pz5XCq9.png

Those things were changed due to the recent version version of WordPress 4.3 and Revolution Slider 5.x

EDITED!!! Plugin's author (ThemePunch) fixed this issue with recent version (5.0.4.1). So the plugin will be updated with next theme update (this Friday).

Great but... is Be|Theme 9.2 the version with the fix? or will you release a new 9.3 version today Friday. Which btw I would like to know what UTC are you talking from. If you are in Japan, then Friday is almost over, but if you are in California , you probably havent woken up yet. X)

There is 9.2.1 theme version ready for download which is fully compatible with wp 4.3 so you can download it from themeforest. But of course today will be new update probably with some fixes and new features

Hi Guys,

I've done the updates on everything. Rev Slider ver. 5.0.4.1, Wordpress 4.3 a few days ago and yesterday BeTheme 9.3 and now the slider no longer shows. Any suggestions as to the cause.

I downloaded version 9.3 but the revslider is still version 4.6.93 

Should we wait for a new update?

@fedehellomuw Recent version of revslider (5.0.4.1) is included into theme package so you should update it. You don't need to wait for any updates because everything is already up to date. We recommend to have a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider where we explained how to update revslider.

Thanks for getting back to me, but those errors are simply missing images. They have no effect on the slider not loading. What should I do? Can I roll back or reload? Cheers Bob

Hello I did all this change but when I click on Slideshow-Auto doesn't  select the option and when I go to save the slide just show me message  javascript:void(0)

@designsolutionpro Please deactivate all plugins and check if this will help. If not, then please update revolution slider files via FTP only because it's the only safest method.

@muffingroup I did deactivate all the plugins and still doing the samething also I did update via ftp. please let me know if is a way you can take look?

@muffingroup Also I just delete the theme and reinstall via FTP and I have all the plugin deactivate and still doing the same issue.

@muffingroup I've recently updated my betheme to version 10.0 and revolution slider to version 5.0.9 but the slider no longer shows. Done all the steps mentioned above.

Hi, i just installed Be Theme and everything is cool, but the Rev slider doesn show up, already made steps above but still doesnt work, 4.3 wp and 5.1 rev slider please help

already tried with WP4.0 installation and i have the same problem, the thing is that im working my theme on localhost, what can i do? do you recommendo to change something else? rev slider only work on the plugin, on preview and on the page doesn show up

I also have problem with wordpress 4.3.1 and Betheme 10.2 with revolution slider version 5.1, although i create slides or insert ready made templates neither the slider in the theme does not show anything or the preview of the revolution slider. Is there any work around for that?

If I create with LayerSlider a new slider every thing works fine but why not with revolution slider?

I also have problem wordpress 4.3.1 and Betheme 10.2 and 10.3 vesrsion slider does not show anything.. For all versions i have install fresh copy of wordpress and Be - 10. ; Be 10.3 on local side with MAMP and mac AlCapitan.. with older version - Revolution SLIDER for Bethemes like 9.xx it works..
