Sticky header below slider

Hi
Can I make the menu below slider sticky. Thus the slider scrolls down behind the header. The header is always positioned at the bottom of the page.

yes, it is possible. As you can see on
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/digital/
it's "Header below slider" style where sticky header is also activated when you scroll down.
