header problem

Hi,

I have a problem with the header. On the home page it appears normally and on the subpages there is a gap between the header image and the header. can you tell me what the problem is? i have tried everything.

This is how the header should look normally: gray bar adjacent to header image:

and this is how it currently looks, with a gap:
