Doesnt appear this section in my be theme or web

Hello.

I dont know why but this section not appear and i couldnt modify some thigns that i need in my web like color, or like logo in the header.

What happend? Could you help me please? I donloaded a prebuilt website template of YOGA.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
