Problem with Item Purchase Code Registration

I bought this item this afternoon, installed it right now, and tried to register it to access all the features and install a theme with data. But when I tried to register it, I got an error.

The error is: cURL error 7:

    The cURL error 7 occurs when the request is blocked by a firewall or something similar.

    This issue is related to the server, so please contact your hosting provider's support for assistance.
