Slider not loading

Hi, just purchased and installed BeTheme on a staging site (using the lab 2 template) for my website and slider revolution is not working - a blank space simply appears where the slider is expected. Have tried the SR6 engine and still no joy. In the BeBuilder the blank space appears but with the option to edit the slide on slider revolution (purple button, as shown in screenshot). Can you help? Thanks

The login credentials you sent do not work on the staging domain.

Many thanks - it was Happy Add On for Elementor that was causing the issue.
