Cart page isn't working on 2nd language

Hello,

I don't understand why the Estonian version of the cart page isn't working. I add a product to the cart, but when I click on the cart, nothing happens (on 1st language all okay). I checked the WooCommerce settings, and it shows that the page is correct, and the URL is also correct. What could be causing the issue?
