Need to add text and an image to the shopping cart page

Hello, I would like to add text and an image to the shopping cart page, as shown in the attached photo.

I've looked for ways to do this, but I can't find a solution.

I imagine this should be possible?

Here's an example of the text I want to include on the page:

SHIPPING COSTS:

Metropolitan FRANCE

Capsules €5 > Free with purchases of €50 or more

Medals €7 > Free with purchases of €80 or more

EUROPE (Belgium, Spain, Italy)

Capsules €7 > Free with purchases of €80 or more

Medals €11 > Free with purchases of €100 or more
