Missing options for elements.

I am experiencing an issue with Bebuilder content on my website. For example, on the following page:
The Bebuilder content seems to be broken—many properties and settings are missing, including text input fields. I have already tried disabling all plugins and switching to a basic child theme, but the problem persists. It appears that the Bebuilder content itself has become corrupted.
Additionally, I am unable to update Betheme to the latest version due to compatibility issues with essential plugins. For example, WP All Import throws a fatal error with newer versions of Betheme (v28). So it will be great, if the problem will be solved without the need to update theme. I managed to partially repair other page content with help of AI, which stripped some tags options. But then it was quite painfull process to redo the previous added options.
I would be happy to provide access to the admin to look into it.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi,
Without the newest version of Betheme installed, my help is limited. If you have problems with unsupported plugins, you should contact the plugin author to resolve that.
So please update theme, check if the problem persits, and for the error with the plugin you use, contact the plugin support.

This is about the content of the builder - if I export it, there are some errors, so the content is already broken, newest version of Betheme will propably do nothing. I want to know, if there is some way, to restore the content to working state, or what could cause it (the web was updated to newest betheme, but due to errors with plugins, I restored backup made in Plesk)?
Can you at least look at the content and tell me if it is reversible and what could cause it?
Please describe the steps I should exactly follow to notice your problem.

Just try on the page in bebuilder edit some of the text fields with images - you will see no options there, even the text is no possible to change in left column.
As I mentioned earlier, first, update Betheme to the latest version. Moreover, you have a lot of plugins active, so you should disable them to see if any of them is the culprit.
Also, I see custom CSS, scripts, and a child theme active. All these factors might be the root cause as well.

Its not about the plugins now, it is about the content of bebuilder - if you just look at the export content you will see some inconsistencies. Is there some tool to check/repair it?
No, there is no tool for that.
