Pre-built Website: Unable to press any button
Hi All,
We have just installed a pre-built website onto our website on Wordpress.
It seems like we are unable to select anything or press anything in this website. i.e. cannot type any wording into the search bar. Unable to select the check cart button.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It seems like I am receiving a "request failed with status code 500" when we try to embed a link to this reply.
As the link is from our staging website, please advise if this will cause any issue when uploading.
