Just for you have a full idea.. please I need to delete this white block, thanks in advance

  • But this is the problem, if the site is not working I can not let it online.. because this problem, I can not put the site to public, thats why I am sending you the print screen. Best

  • The problem is when the Meta Box create this blog, the BeTheme automatically create a content page

  • Unfortunately, this screenshot doesn't tell me anything.

I do not know where this space comes from so I cannot assist on how to get rid of it.

No, this is BeTheme option, then you must to know.. I installed the MetaBox to create profile from the girls.. every time BeTheme create a new "post"/ "page" BeTheme create this "empty" space, if is like an default..

  • Here is the probe that is BeTheme who is creating this white space.. I did the same Metabox in another page.. and used a theme.. in this case the white space dont exist. Looks like that BeTheme create this automatic. please I need to fix this

  • still with another theme, and worked without this "white" block that BeTheme creates automatically. Best

  • As I mentioned in my previous message, the screenshot does not tell me anything, so I cannot provide any solution for that. Moreover, there is no need to send another screenshots showing the same part as you already attached it in the first message.

Also, can you tell me what you mean by MetaBox? Is that some plugin?

    Best regards

  • I'm sending the screenshots to show you that this issue is related to BeTheme. If you're not seeing a large white space above the content, please take a closer look — the second and third screenshots clearly demonstrate that this white block is a default layout element added by BeTheme when creating a new blog post.

This seems to be a BeTheme-specific behavior, not a user error.

If you're unfamiliar with how BeTheme structures blog posts, could you kindly escalate this to someone who is?

Meta Box is aplugin used to create and manage custom meta fields and custom post types. It allows developers and SEO specialists to add custom data fields to posts, pages, custom post types, and even taxonomies.

  • First of all, we do not support the plugin you mentioned. We do not know how it works, and we did not test it with our theme.

I am a support member, and I perfectly know how posts are constructed, but regular posts created in Be do not have such space at the top. Because of that, I need to take a look at your website to see why this space occurs as there could be tons of configurations. I understand that it seems to happen only with Betheme, but I am not able to tell anything when you use an unknown plugin.

    i hope that you understand.

See.. the problem is with your theme and all other supports, all blame the problem to the other... then I need my money back.. IS NOT FAIR.. I can not publish this online... the problem is clear with BeTheme, because I tested the same plugin in other themes and dont existe this white space..

For sure is an internal problem with BeTheme, that creates automatically the space and dont accept the content from another plugin inside.. I tried a lot of option into BeTheme.. but if you guys create the plugin you know the problem.

    Very Best

    ⚠️ The White Space Issue:

The large white space above the content is typically caused by:

    1. BeTheme’s default page layout applying unnecessary padding/margin.
    2. Empty BeTheme template sections (like a “Subheader” or “Title Wrapper”).
    3. BeTheme’s template override for CPTs if enabled in Theme Options.

  • I understand your point. However, as I’ve tried to explain in my previous messages, screenshots alone don’t provide enough information to diagnose the issue accurately — they’re simply too vague. It’s a bit like telling a mechanic your car doesn’t work and only sending a photo of it — without looking under the hood, they can’t truly help. I was in a similar situation.

Now that you've provided the link, I can directly address your concern. Please go to Betheme → Theme Options → Header & Subheader → Subheader, and enable the option to hide the Subheader.

From the screenshot, I could not know that it is a Subheader, especially when the page title has the same color as the background, and nothing in the screenshot indicated that it could be the Subheader.

  • Thanks. Worked perfectly. and I also could not let the site offline, because of the girls.. anyway all is setup and I new was a small detail..

  • I have removed the link to your website from this topic.

  • Hi again, after change that option, Hide the subhead I just realise another problem... the other pages had a Breadcrumbs as you can see in the screen..

Now, that I hide the subheads, for the girls also delete that option in other pages.. there are anyways to appear only in the pages.. or how I create Breadcrumbs for the normal pages?

  • The subheader can be hidden individually for pages or posts in the Page options:

  • This message could mean that your license key is used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain or it is not registered anywhere, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed, deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

    Thanks
