Before and After” Section Visible in Elementor but Not on Live Site
Dear BeTheme Support Team,
I am currently working on a WordPress website using BeTheme with Elementor. I’ve encountered a technical issue specifically with the “Before and After” image section.
❗ Problem Summary:
- The “Before and After” element appears and works correctly in the Elementor editor preview.
- However, when the page is viewed live, the section is completely missing or not rendering at all.
- There are no visible errors in Elementor, and the rest of the page displays correctly.
🔍 Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Taken:
- Cleared both Elementor and BeTheme cache.
- Regenerated CSS files.
- Disabled all caching/minification plugins temporarily.
- Verified the element is published and not hidden in responsive settings.
- Tried different browsers and devices – same result.
🔧 System Details:
- Theme: BeTheme (latest version)
- Builder: Elementor (Free/Pro) [Please specify depending on your version]
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? If there is a conflict or additional script that needs to be manually enqueued for the Before/After section, I would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you for your support and time.
Best regards,
Racha Hafez

Hi,
How about other plugins? Did you disable all plugins except Elementor to see if none of them cause it?
If yes, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

This process feels unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
Unfortunately, the theme is not responsive at all on my end.
I’ve encountered issues with the settings, and now I’m being asked to submit everything through a separate link, which adds to the confusion.
I expected a smoother experience from a premium theme.
There is an issue that we must check on your end. Without access to your website, we are not able to correct that.
Anyway, I have no idea what you find complicated. You only have to submit the information I mentioned in my previous message through the contact form, which is connected to our mailbox. The link I provided takes you directly to the mentioned contact form.
Thanks
Yes…
I’ve submitted all the requested details through the form. Kindly respond as soon as possible.
I’ve almost finished the desktop version of the website, but I’m now facing issues with the tablet and mobile layouts. In addition to the Before and After section issue, I’m also having trouble with overall responsiveness when using Elementor Builder.
Please note: I duplicated the homepage as a sample and named it “Home Be Support”. I kindly request that for any page you plan to adjust, you first duplicate it and add your name or “Be Support” at the end of the page title , just like I did , so the original pages remain untouched.
Thank you for your help and I look forward to your response.
I have contacted the person who is in charge of the mailbox, and I was informed that he received no message from you regarding this topic.
Can you try again, please?
