Issue with Theme Registration - BeTheme Installation on New Domain

Dear BeTheme Support Team,

I'm writing to request assistance with registering my BeTheme license. I initially installed and registered the theme on a previous domain.

Recently, I decided to move my website to a new domain. Following the instructions, I deregistered the purchase code from the old domain and removed the theme folder from that server.

However, when I try to register the theme on my new domain, the system still gives me the same message, indicating that I need to deregister the purchase code and remove the theme folder. This prevents me from completing the registration process on the new domain.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and enable me to register BeTheme on my new domain?
