cannot deregister a license

Hi,

I am trying to deregister a license but it is telling me that the purchase code does not match the username. Can you help me figure this out?

The purchase code is: [removed by moderator] and the username should be DebsWebs.

The license information is below:

Licensor's Author Username: muffingroup

Licensee: Deborah Bulling

I have also contacted Envato for help with this since I am unsure exactly how to resolve the issue.

    I'm sorry, but now after 15 minutes, the theme seems to have been deregistered. I'm not sure why it was giving me the error message, but it seems to have resolved itself.

    Please ignore my request and I apologize for the false alarm!
