STILL SHOWing previous theme.

i deleted my hole FTP, and deleted my db and user from DirectAdmin, but somehow it still shows pieces of ITSERVICE2 on my page, its like it is not deleted. I re*installed Wordpress, added the BEtheme again, and now tried computer shop!
but still showing ITSERVICE; HOW TO RESOLVE THIS BULLSHIT:

i removed my ftp content now 3 times, it is still going to the itservice2 theme.
how can this be happening, this needs to be fixed! does not make sense that you only can use 1 theme when you bought the hole package??ß
fix this please, taking to much time no response, paid for additional support, but doe snot look like that.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It says 24/7 support. I was thinking it is like that. Example Yoast ist really 24/7
So my website is for the moment: haus-of-itprod.de and it goes to the ITservice2 template still.
Hoe to unlink it? As above I tried it. But still no luck.
Does this mean when you register it to a template it is always linked to it? But even if you delete your FTP 3-4 times to have a clean Install?

No, registering does not mean that you cannot install other demos, you can endlessly install new demos on your domain if you want to. Anyway, clearing the files through FTP does not mean that you will get rid of the pre-built website content, as it is stored in the database.
Did you use an option to reset the database while installing the second pre-built website?

can you not just unlink it for me? if it is like this i will request a refund, for me its to difficult

i requested a refund via envato*themeforest*, because this theme will be out of my range of knowledge, i will be here more asking questions then actually selling!

License key verification is only used to verify the support period (access to this forum) when you extend the support period, and is not used for any other purpose.

This cannot be, i am here now more then several days saying it, and nothing is happening from your side. So yeah i need to reply. and therefore please refund, for me this does not make sense to keep betheme for me, since i will not use to complicated for me.!!!

Re-created wordpress and still Betheme is linked. Fix this. I want a refund!!
