I am trying to get this menu to drop down vertically instead of horizontal:

I am not using the new menu builder this was built before that. Is this something simple I am missing?

You have some custom CSS code that makes the submenu to be horizontal.

Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and remove your CSS one by one to see which is the root cause.
