Problem with Google-Maps

Hi there,

We are facing problems with the Google Maps on this page https://tierzahnzentrum.com/.

When we launched the site some monts ago, the Maps where being displayed correctly on all pages:

But now, all of the sudden, it only get´s displayed on the home page: https://tierzahnzentrum.com/

And everywhere else we get an error.

Here is how we use the map in the backend (very often in a "global section"):
