Pre-built theme doesn't entirely show

Dear support,

I'm experiencing an issue with the pre-built theme that I chose for my website.

The theme was installed correctly and the pre-built website front was selected. However on my website front, only some parts of the website are visible, but mostly I see the content of the previous website. It somehow doesn't overrule the current content. When I open the website in the customizer, the preview looks exactly like how it is supposed to be. I attached two screenshots. I hope that you can help find the issue. I never experienced this before with this theme, which I used for several other websites.

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Also, did you try purging the cache on your website? You might have some caching plugin in WP or caching tool on the server.

    Moreover, did you reset the database when you installed a new demo?
