Top part of installed theme missing

I installed the theme below - after installation the theme is not showing the top part of the website - ie part that includes a picture of a man with Instant loans from $100 to $3500 and apply for a loan button - this is missing entirely - the site begins at Get it fast - how can I add this missing part?

this part was made with Slider Revolution so sounds like you didn't installed Slider Revolution plugin which is bundled into theme.
