Footer not editable

Hi,

I have a footer template that I can not edit with my bebuilder theme as well as some other section templates, that were editable at first, but now don't even show up, when I try to open the templates with bebuilder.

I've done a bit of research online and the only thing, that could explain this would be a bug, as far as I know.
