Initially copying a website template worked, but then failing

Hello,

Initially we started with one theme, and it did copy with its sample content, but later we installed the recommended translation plugin WPML, which somehow deleted all of the files from our website including all pages and posts! We then try to reinstall a website but its not working! it gets stuck at the step content... Please advise.

And am not sure why you are forcing me to post in a forum rather a one-one support ticket with your team!
