  • Hey,

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what the reason might be.

    Notice!

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

    Thanks

  • Does it happen on a particular page?

I checked some random ones and they loads correctly:

  • It only works on the base language, Polish, but not on the others. If we use WPML with multiple languages, will the builder not work correctly?

  • Thanks for the clarification.

To check that we need FTP access, which you did not attach in the private message.

Please send another private message with all the required information.

    Thanks

  • The root cause is that your other languages are placed on different domains. Modern browsers block editing and loading iframes (the content area in BeBuilder) from different domains.

As a workaround, you can enable BeBuilder Blocks Classic in theme options and edit the content of other languages with BeBuilder Blocks.

    Best regards

  • Okay, it's a solution, but you can't edit everything in blocks. How to edit for example a Wrap loop without BeBuilder editor?

  • and another one.

  • Another solution would be switching the WPML option to not put other languages in other domains but in directories.

    Best regards

  • But languages in folders are not a solution. WPML offers the option to divide languages into domains, and this is better than folders for many reasons. You state that Betheme is compatible with WPML, but it turns out that it's not? Is there any other option that allows for using a template, or not?

  • Languages in folders is a solution because it will work there.

Unfortunately, there are no other options than the ones I mentioned earlier. Also, as I explained earlier, it is due to the limitations of browsers for which there is no workaround.

    Best regards
