I would like to know if certain features of the theme could be conflicting with one of my extensions or with other WordPress elements.

I can see that you have a lot of pending updates, which might be the first cause of the slow experience.

First of all, you should update everything on your website.

Moreover, you have a large number of plugins, so if, after updating everything, you do not see any improvement, disable all of your plugins and recheck that.

Thank you for your reply. I have updated the theme and extensions.

There is less slowdown, but I am having display issues in the builder (see screenshot); the display does not match the normal appearance of the page.

Do you know what might be causing this problem?

Go to Betheme -> Tools, and use the CSS update tool:

After that, check if the problem persists.
