Mobile Scroll is not working

On mobile for this site, mymoolala.com scrolling gets stuck when you go either from the header scrolling down or from the footer going up. You can scroll, but it requires trying to scroll twice, once to get past the broken scrolling, and then it's normal for the body. I am using both header and footer templates, and I have the betheme -> theme options -> responsive -> content overflow is on for mobile, and in the templates, I have added room for the body as well. This only appears on mobile.
