Slider Revolution flicker

Hello, I am using Slider Revolution. On my slider, I have hotspots that should open a popup window when hovered over. However, the problem is that when I hover over these points, they constantly flicker, shift the position of the images, and eventually the entire slider resets.

I am also using the latest version of WordPress, and I have tested with other sliders as well, but the same issue persists on my site. I have also tried resetting my hosting and reinstalling the theme several times, but the issue remains.

Finally, I exported a similar slider from the homepage of homaalum.com (where it works correctly) and imported it into my new site, but the problem still remains.
