Question about "alt" picture atribut

Hello,

Any ideea how i can set the alt atribute for the pictures on the website:

[Links visible only for registered users]

If you check the source page, you can see that all the picture have the alt="team"

For first picture i have set up the alt atribute on media library, but it's not work!

Any ideea ho i can solve this problem ?

The pictures was added with "team" elements!
