Installed Template (Business5) Looks Nothing Like the Preview

Dear Betheme Support Team,

I'm a Betheme user and have encountered a problem: the installed "Business5" template on my website (us.gsibm.com) looks completely different from its preview version.

The preview shows a complete layout with styled sections, proper module positioning, and matching design elements, but the installed template lacks these—some modules are missing, styles are distorted, and the overall structure doesn’t align with what was shown.

I’ve checked basic settings but haven’t resolved it. Could you help identify why this discrepancy exists and guide me to fix it?
