The submenu-arrows don't work correctly

I'm having troubles with my submenu-arrows. Even though their hover color is set to green - as soon as I move my mouse to the now open submenu the arrows change back to their normal color, even though they should be active. The font doesnt have this issue though - it stays the hover color as long as the submenu is opened. That's how it should be, but the arrows dont behave the same even though they have the same settings.
