Weird extra scroll when on mobile

When viewing the site mymoolala.com on mobile on any page, there is extra space on the page, causing a second scroller. I have attached a recording of what is happening; it only occurs on mobile devices. Its easier to see in the recording since you can see scroll bars on the side. The inner one is the problem, the outer one is the normal one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ah I see I can upload videos so I put it in a zip.
