Sub Menu adds as Main menu, even in WordPress SubMenu

I have 7 Menu items, they look and are placed where I would like them to be.

Under menu item #5, I would like a sub menu item.

When I add it in word press, it is listed as 1 of 1, and has item 5 as a parent.

However, it displays as item number 5, and pushes the remaining items behind it. It also keeps the menu words on the screen when scrolling.

How do I add this item as a sub menu?

If it matters, all I would like it to do is point to roughly the mid-area of the page that is menu item #5.

Is there a feature or item I am missing?

Searching for sub menus gets me to mega menu and a list, none of which seems to be helpful for me.

Original Menu looks fine.

Added Anchor to the Advanced Custom ID Field

Added Custom link to the Menu [http://fritzti.com/initial-visit/#Office-Photos

Added Menu under Initial Visit Menu option so it is a sub menu

So now menu looks close. (This was not working before)

So, when you hover over Initial Visit, Office Tour does show up, the text is not in blue underlined, and the background does not match the menu.

Once you select it (it does work now), going back to the initial visit menu choice does not display the sub menu.

you have to go select a different menu item to get it to appear again.

Is any of this normal?

You can change the colors in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Menu: Submenu.

However, I do not understand this part:
