Demo content importing frozen with partial media import at 88%

4:40PM in General info & installation

The installation of prebuilt site (Book) is stuck with content download at 88%. We have tried all that we think we could.

I have also sent a message through http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, with the credentials.

Please help.
