Style.php not being called - lost all fonts and sizing

The last time I visited my site (http://welcome.uuff.org/) I noticed that all the fonts were generic, and all the same size - whether for body, heading or subhead. It looks like the style.php is not being called.

I have installed the latest betheme update and it did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

I have also tried disabling all plugins but that doesn't work either. As far as I know we had not made any changes before the font family/sizes stopped working.

When I look at sources files with Web Developer Tools the Style.php is blank, even though the actual uploaded style.php file is not. I've compared it with the demo site using Web Developer Tools and the style.php file is not supposed to be blank. Any idea why it is not loading?

Looks like your server is blocking that kind of files (css files with php extension). It's called dynamic css. This could happen due to several factors. Please check topics below where some of them were described:

But if any of above solutions won't help, then you must contact with your server admin.
