How can I disable this?

Hi, I'm adding an image. I'm using the Cosmetics 3 theme. There's a video on the homepage. The theme automatically adds a filter to the video.

How can I disable this? I want to publish the original video.

In the background tab, there is an option to disable dotted overlay:
