Image Distortion Issue

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with image uploads. The images get distorted after uploading. In the footer

and under “Offer,”

one image turns into a low-quality noisy version, and another gets random lines added to it. I disabled all plugins and updated everything, but the problem is still there.

Any idea what might be causing this?
