Problem with Chartify - WordPress Chart Plugin
Hello,
I have a problem using charts via the plugin https://cs.wordpress.org/plugins/chart-builder/
I have articles in which I use charts from this plugin. I created the pages about a year ago, now I have updated WP and the BeTheme template and I have problems with BEbuilder, which now does not save changes for the pages in which I have these charts used.
Can you please advise me? Or recommend another chart plugin so that BEbuilder does not have problems with them?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,
1) Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code; therefore, we cannot assist you with this plugin.
Additionally, we do not recommend any plugins other than the ones we officially support. You can find the list on this page:

2) Regarding saving in BeBuilder, do you have any error messages when you save the page?
Best regards
Thanks for the information.
No error message is displayed. Progress bar runs normally when saving. When I do an update, the changes are not made. I am able to grant access.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
It works! Thank you very much!
