Urgent Support Needed – BThemes Template and WPBakery Backend Issue

Hello BThemes Support Team,

I’m having a serious issue with one of your templates and need assistance as soon as possible.

After installing the BThemes template, the site appears on the frontend, but when I try to edit it on the backend with WPBakery, nothing shows up. The WPBakery editor is completely blank and does not reflect what is happening on the frontend at all.

Additionally, when I try to access BThemes support from within my WordPress backend, I receive an internal error and cannot reach your support area that way.

When I installed the template, it also removed my old site, so I currently do not have a functioning site up and running.

    Hi,

    1) Please note that none of our pre-built websites was done with WPBakery. For demos, you can choose between BeBuilder or Elementor.

    If you want to use WPBakery, you must create your pages from scratch, as it is not possible to edit content made with one builder with another.

    2) Please attach a screenshot showing the place from where you want to access support.
