Theme options lose format

Each time I make a change in the theme options, the entire theme breaks its layout — even if I only change the logo. The first time it happened, I had to rebuild the whole site. The second time, I was able to restore it using “Backup & Reset.” Now, the third time, I can’t restore it, even though I saved a history copy in case something went wrong. The restore feature isn’t working as expected.

You can see the broken format on https://ecodesi.org — that is not how the site should look. I’m using WordPress 6

I also don’t understand the difference between Save Changes and Save Revision in Backup & Restore. What does Update do, what does Revision do, and what does Backup do? This is not clearly explained in the documentation.
