Header and Footer sections are missing from the Templates menu

1. Is this the expected behavior for the 'Healthy' demo, or did I miss a crucial setup step during the import?
2. If it is the standard behavior, could you please advise on the correct method/location to edit the Header and Footer content for this specific pre-built website?
3. If this is not expected (a bug), could you please update the 'Healthy' demo to include editable Header/Footer templates?

Hi,

1) This pre-built website is an older one, so Header and Footer templates were not a thing when this demo was out. This demo uses the theme options' settings.

2) If you want to use templates, please create them.
