The countdown timer isn't working on the construction page.

I just activated the under construction page, setting the date and time in the format requested on the page, but the counter just stays at zero.

If I leave the field blank, so as not to display the counter, the page loads with an error:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I didn't do anything unusual, nor did I change any settings, especially since I haven't even started building the website yet. I just wanted to create a construction page with a countdown timer for the launch.

Any tips?
