I am writing to report a Critical Error affecting multiple client websites currently running BeTheme.

All of these sites are hosted on HostGator. They have all crashed simultaneously with a "There has been a critical error on this website" message.

The Issue: Based on my troubleshooting, the crash appears to be triggered by the BeTheme Modules (Muffin Builder elements) conflicting with the server environment (likely the recent PHP updates enforced by HostGator).

Environment Details:

• Theme: BeTheme (WordPress)
• Hosting: HostGator
• Issue: Sites are crashing/white screen of death immediately upon loading.
• Suspected Cause: Incompatibility within the Theme Modules/Core functions.

Impact: I have multiple clients currently offline and very frustrated. This is a critical situation for my agency.

Request:

1. Are you aware of any conflicts between the current BeTheme modules and the latest PHP versions on HostGator?
2. Is there a hotfix or a specific file I need to patch immediately to resolve this module conflict?
