Issues with server configuration

Hi! I have a new website, and I have configured the server to adapt to the requirements of Betheme. However, a couple of parameters are not showing up as updated on the System Status dashboard. But on the hosting configuration panel, they are set as stated by the recommendations. What could be causing this?

Also, I'm unable to change anything on betheme options. Whenever I click on save, then the message "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource" appears. How can I fix it?

Please note that we, as the theme developers, do not handle any aspect of server configuration. The System Status panel in the Betheme dashboard only displays information that it reads directly from your server — it does not modify anything and cannot influence the server setup in any way.

If certain values or settings appear incorrect, or if you are encountering a “Forbidden” page, these issues are almost certainly related to your server configuration or security rules. In such cases, the correct point of contact is your hosting provider, as only they can adjust the server environment and resolve these configuration-related problems.

We recommend getting in touch with your hosting support so they can investigate and apply the necessary changes on their side.
