Related products with options; options cannot be selected

I have a few products with product options, but when these products are shown as related product with another product, you cannot select one of the product options. The dropdown works, selection is not possible.

I have added the url of an example page and login details through codecanyon PM's.

Wehen opening the URL's, scroll down to where you see the related product with options and try to selct an option from the list.
